Job Description: Site Manager (High-Rise Project)

Site Manager to lead our high-rise construction project & will be responsible for overseeing daily site operations, managing vertical logistics, and ensuring the project is delivered on time, within budget, and in full compliance with quality and safety standards.

Job Responsibilities

• Progress Management: Report directly to the Project Manager and take full ownership of the physical work progress on-site.
• High-Rise Coordination: Organize and coordinate all site activities, focusing on floor cycle management, vertical logistics (Tower Crane/Passenger Hoist), and structural integrity.
• Technical Compliance: Ensure all works comply with project drawings, technical specifications, QAQC standards (e.g., QLASSIC/CONQUAS), and work schedules.
