x1F4CD; Durham We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a new build housing project in Durham. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and hands-on professional to lead site operations and deliver a high-quality residential development.

Responsibilities

  • Day-to-day management of all site activities
  • Managing and coordinating subcontractors and trades
  • Ensuring strict compliance with health & safety regulations
  • Driving the programme to meet deadlines and milestones
  • Maintaining high standards of quality and workmanship
  • Liaising with Project Managers, suppliers, and inspectors
  • Keeping accurate site records and reporting progress

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Site Manager on new build housing projects
  • SMSTS - essential
  • First Aid at Work
  • CSCS Card (Black or Gold preferred)
