Job Description
Key Responsiblities:
- Site manager works on building and construction sites to ensure a project completes safely, on time, and within budget.
- Monitor and direct site team incl. subcontractor activities from start to finish.
- Accompany clients during site visits and answer questions or concerns about the project's progress.
- Be budget-conscious and identify opportunities to save money by reducing wasteful practices or increasing efficiency.
- Maintain site safety protocols with support from EHS specialist daily on their site visits and ensure subcontractors and crew work in a safe environment, and minimize risk and resolve violations and potential hazards.
- Provide input into the planning and development of the program.
- Complete site reports and other paperwork on time and accurately.
- Perform other responsibilities required by the Project Manager.
