Site Manager

Key Responsiblities:

• Site manager works on building and construction sites to ensure a project completes safely, on time, and within budget.
• Monitor and direct site team incl. subcontractor activities from start to finish.
• Accompany clients during site visits and answer questions or concerns about the project's progress.
• Be budget-conscious and identify opportunities to save money by reducing wasteful practices or increasing efficiency.
• Maintain site safety protocols with support from EHS specialist daily on their site visits and ensure subcontractors and crew work in a safe environment, and minimize risk and resolve violations and potential hazards.
• Provide input into the planning and development of the program.
• Complete site reports and other paperwork on time and accurately.
• Perform other responsibilities required by the Project Manager.

Pre-requirements:

• Experience: Candidate should have experience in Wind Projects Execution
• Education: Bachelor degree or above, major in Mechanical, Electrical and other related majors.
• Knowledge: Should have the knowledge of both Turbine Supply Agreement and Service Available Agreement.
• Ability & Skill: Good coordination and communication skills, clear verbal and written communication. Must be able to work independently and should be willing to do field visits. Should be Able to handle pressure situations.
• Language: English, Hindi.
