Our company: EO ARCHITECTES SA is active in the fields of architecture project design, construction, and project management. Our clients are both public and private. Comprising 9 people, we develop our projects in a dynamic team spirit and offer a progressive, open, and motivating position for: Site Manager. Holder of specific qualifications and/or solid experience in the field of building construction. Knowledge of construction and minimum 5 years of experience in an architectural firm in Switzerland. Familiarity with common tools (MS Office) and project management tools (Deltaproject, FastTrack Schedule, or similar). Good command of French, both spoken and written. Autonomous, dynamic, flexible, with a pronounced ease in human contacts and enjoying teamwork. Responsibilities include drafting technical concept specifications, project execution development, preparing submissions and calls for tenders, site monitoring, and management of site accounting.
