The Role
:
Oversee and manage daily on-site construction activities, ensuring efficient installation of prefabricated structural insulated panels (SIPs) and modular components. Coordinate with project management, design, manufacturing and installation teams to ensure seamless build-phase integration. Lead subcontractor teams, monitor progress against programme dates and resolve on-site issues proactively. Ensure compliance with health & safety standards and company procedures, including risk assessments and method statements. Maintain high-quality workmanship and site housekeeping, reporting progress to senior management. Facilitate communication between supply chain partners, clients and internal stakeholders. About You:
Proven experience as a Site Manager within construction, ideally with experience in offsite , modular or panelised construction environments.
