Job Description
Due to continued growth and new contract awards, we are seeking an experienced Site based Installation Manager to join our team and take ownership of multiple large-scale PFP projects (£2–4 million) from inception through to completion. The successful candidate will have a proven background in fire protection, construction, or fire & security industries, with strong knowledge of fire doors, fire stopping, compartmentation, and containment systems.
Reporting to the senior management team, you will oversee both direct labour and subcontractors, ensuring that all works are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of safety and quality. You will act as the primary point of site contact for clients and internal stakeholders, maintaining strong commercial oversight, appreciation of project budgets, and ensuring compliance with all relevant fire safety regulations and company procedures.
