Mission

Lead the development of the project’s construction and engineering activities, being able to manage all constraints that may affect scope, cost, or schedule. This role is the highest responsible for the structure dedicated to executing the project on site, reporting both functionally and hierarchically to the Construction Director.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain relationships between the construction team and subcontractors.
• Negotiate, recommend award decisions, and manage subcontractor companies as well as the project’s own resources.
• Maintain the flow of information related to construction matters between the construction team and all other organizations involved in the Project.
• Approve subcontractors’ construction procedures and any subsequent revisions.
• Lead regular general meetings for construction preparatory activities and overall construction progress.
