TEN Recruitment is working alongside a reputable Tier 2 WA commercial builder that is expanding its site leadership team due to a strong run of new Perth metro projects. With several large-scale builds now underway, they’re looking for Site Managers who are confident running complex sites, leading from the front, and keeping delivery clean, safe, and on program. You’ll be supported by experienced project teams, clear processes, and leadership that trusts its site managers to do their job properly.

Your Focus

• Oversee day‑to‑day site delivery from establishment through to completion
• Coordinate trades, suppliers, plant, and site logistics
• Maintain high standards across WHS, quality, and site compliance
• Manage sequencing, critical paths, and program milestones
• Work closely with Project Managers, engineers, and consultants
• Build and lead a strong, accountable site team

What You’ll Bring

• Demonstrated experience delivering commercial projects $30M+
• Strong leadership presence with a practical, problem‑solving approach
• Solid knowledge of WHS systems, QA requirements, and site coordination
• Confidence managing large subcontractor packages and busy work fronts
• Perth-based with full Australian working rights
