Base pay range

Experienced Fit-Out Site Manager with Electrical/Mechanical bias (or who has demonstrable experience managing MEP Projects) required for project on large commercial facility in York. This is an immediate start and has an expected minimum duration of 3 months. As part of a team, you will be tasked with management duties on a range of projects including heating systems, BMS controls and electrical works.

• Managing sub-contractors to ensure timely & successful delivery of project.
• Drive progress meetings, daily site briefings, and toolbox talks to maintain programme momentum and safety focus.
