The Role

Adbri Masonry is seeking an experienced leader for a key role shaping both the day‑to‑day performance and long‑term direction of the Stapylton site. As Site Manager, you will oversee three operational plants as well as site logistics and maintenance, ensuring safe, reliable and cost‑effective operations that consistently deliver high‑quality products.

You will lead a dedicated team, drive production outcomes, and support continuous improvement while optimising assets, managing costs and upholding high standards in safety, quality and environmental compliance.
