Site Manager - Masonry

Adbri Masonry is seeking an experienced leader for a key role shaping both the day-to-day performance and long-term direction of the Stapylton site. As Site Manager, you will oversee three operational plants as well as site logistics and maintenance, ensuring safe, reliable and cost-effective operations that consistently deliver high-quality products.

You will lead a dedicated team, drive production outcomes, and support continuous improvement while optimising assets, managing costs and upholding high standards in safety, quality and environmental compliance.
