We are seeking a proactive and reliable School Site Manager to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring our school buildings, grounds, and facilities are safe, well-maintained, and compliant, creating a secure and positive environment for pupils, staff, and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out day-to-day repairs and maintenance (basic carpentry, plumbing, painting).
Conduct routine inspections and respond promptly to maintenance issues.
Support health and safety compliance, including fire safety and water hygiene checks.
Maintain external areas such as playgrounds, paths, and car parks.
Assist with site security, opening/closing procedures, and emergency responses.
Log completed works and assist with audits and inspections.
