Social Housing – Kitchen & Bathroom Replacements (Street Properties)

Are you an experienced Site Manager with a strong background in internal refurbishments and social housing? We are seeking a dedicated Site Manager to lead a Kitchen and Bathroom (K&B) replacement scheme across scattered street properties in the Mitcham area.


This role is for a leading Social Housing contractor and offers a long-term contract at a highly competitive £32.00 per hour CIS rate.
