Site Manager position at Kier Transportation, handling highways infrastructure projects for North and West Northamptonshire Councils.

Location and Hours

Location: Brixworth, Northamptonshire – site based, 5 days per week.

Hours: Permanent Full-time, 40 hours per week.

Salary: £45,000 – £50,000 plus £5,900 annual car allowance, private healthcare, benefits.

Responsibilities

• Ownership of works including footpath reconstruction, carriageway resurfacing, surface treatments, drainage improvements, traffic signals, and structure repairs.
• Create and champion a positive health and safety culture in line with Kier procedures.
• Ensure sites comply with Chapter 8 and the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations.
