WE ARE HIRING: Site Manager / AC Rooms (West Finland)

Marinator Oy is growing, and we are looking for an experienced Site Manager with a strong HVAC / AC room background to join our team in Western Finland.

Both regular employment and B2B (entrepreneur) cooperation are possible.

Your main tasks

• Lead and supervise HVAC / AC room installation work onboard

• Coordinate daily activities and communicate with area managers

• Ensure quality and safety according to shipbuilding project standards

• Support and guide the installation team

• Report progress clearly and on time

Requirements

• Proven 5+ years of experience with HVAC / AC rooms in shipbuilding

• Ability to work independently and solve problems on site

• Fluent in Finnish and English

• Good technical understanding and ability to read drawings
