Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily site operations and ensure work is carried out according to project plans and timelines.
  • Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, workers, and site activities.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company procedures.
  • Conduct site inspections, resolve issues, and manage unexpected technical challenges.
  • Track project progress, prepare reports, and update management on site status.
  • Manage site resources, materials, and equipment to prevent delays.
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, suppliers, and stakeholders.
  • Ensure proper documentation, permits, and regulatory requirements are met.
  • Enforce workplace safety and lead toolbox meetings.

Requirements
