Responsibilities
- Oversee daily site operations and ensure work is carried out according to project plans and timelines.
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, workers, and site activities.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company procedures.
- Conduct site inspections, resolve issues, and manage unexpected technical challenges.
- Track project progress, prepare reports, and update management on site status.
- Manage site resources, materials, and equipment to prevent delays.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, suppliers, and stakeholders.
- Ensure proper documentation, permits, and regulatory requirements are met.
- Enforce workplace safety and lead toolbox meetings.
