Overview

Location: Leighton Buzzard office but Site Based – working around Norfolk, Cambridgeshire and Bedfordshire in the first instance around St Neots. Typically working Monday to Friday, 39 hours per week.

As a Site Manager for Novus, you’ll see the impact and improvements your role delivers to customers and your team every day. This varied and challenging role offers the opportunity to work with and manage a skilled professional trade team in a secure environment with long-term contracts and the opportunity to grow and learn.

Along with utilising your Site Management skills in social housing and internal and external planned refurbishment works, you’ll look for ways to add real social value to the communities and customers you work with.
