Site Manager – Groundworks
Location: Stansted
Type: Long-term Contract
The Role
We are an established and growing groundworks company looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager to oversee projects from site set-up through to completion. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management of site operations, with a strong focus on health & safety, planning, and workforce coordination.
This is a hands-on role suited to a proactive Site Manager with solid groundworks experience and a strong understanding of H&S systems and procedures.
Key Responsibilities

Deliver site induction briefings to all new starters

Deliver RAMS briefings to the workforce
*
Prepare COSHH assessments and COSHH instructions
*
Conduct daily Safe Start briefings
*
Compile weekly H&S packs, upload to SharePoint and issue accordingly
