Role Overview

An industry leading civil engineering and groundworks contractor is seeking a Site Manager to oversee a residential infrastructure scheme in Sunderland. The project supports a 200-plot development, covering earthworks, cut and fill, main road construction and sewer installation. The business will act as Principal Contractor on site. You’ll manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring safe, efficient and high-quality delivery while keeping works on programme and within budget.
