Salary : £41,000-£50,000 + Car / £4,700 Car Allowance

If so, we're looking for an experienced Site Manager to take the reins on a variety of exciting civil engineering projects across Devon - delivering work that keeps communities moving and infrastructure strong.

The Role

Lead day-to-day site operations, ensuring work is delivered safely, on time, and to top quality.

Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site teams.

Monitor progress, report performance, and liaise with project managers and the local authority.

Manage budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.

Oversee Temporary Works and Lifting Operations with confidence and precision.
