It offers merchandise and content purchased for resale from vendors and those offered by thirdparty sellers. </div> <div> </div> <div><b>Job Title: Site Merchandiser II<br /> Location: Bangalore<br /> Duration: 8 Months <br /> Job Type: Contract <br /> Work Type: Onsite</b></div> <div> </div> <div> <div><b>Job Description: </b></div> <div> </div> <div><b>The top key Responsibilities:</b></div> <ul> <li>Lead monthly GTM (Go-To-Market) initiatives, including all aspects of merchandising for the aforementioned programs</li> <li>Own end-to-end execution of marketing assets, CLM stores, and content for high-visibility events (HVEs)</li> <li>Drive discoverability across the Client's properties (Gateway, etc.) and off-the Client's channels</li> <li>Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Design teams, Central Marketing Team, Product Marketing Managers, and Product Managers to ensure timely delivery of campaigns</li> <li>Plan and execute best-in-class site and outbound merchandising strategies(including push and whatsapp)</li> <li>Conduct deep-dive analysis on performance of marketing activations (both BAU and Event specific)</li> <li>Provide insights on customer engagement across cohorts (repeat vs. new customers, Prime Vs Non-Prime, Settled vs Non-Settled)</li> <li>Work closely with teams on workstreams like Deals, Category partnerships and bank partnerships</li> <li>Deliver regular written updates to stakeholders</li> <li>Drive impact through automation, experimentation, and customer-centric storytelling</li> </ul> <div><b>Leadership Principles:</b></div> <ul> <li>Strong bias for action and ability to prioritize in ambiguous environments</li> </ul> <div><b>Mandatory Requirements:</b></div> <ul> <li>Well-versed with MS Excel (required)</li> <li>Comfort with data tools and basic SQL</li> <li>Capability to learn HTML, XML, and in-house tools quickly</li> <li>Ability to use hard data and metrics to back up recommendations</li> </ul> <div><b>Education or Certification:</b></div> <ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree. </li> <li>1 3 years of experience in marketing, merchandising, or program management (preferred within the Client's ecosystem)</li> </ul> <div><b>TekWissen Group is an equal opportunity employer supporting workforce diversity.</b></div> </div>
