• Reviews and approves Procurement Change Notices (PCNs) to ensure accurate and updated material master data.
• Handles manual Purchase Order processes by reviewing, negotiating, and signing canvass sheets and Purchase Orders.
• Approves Purchase Requisitions and payment requests to support timely procurement of materials.
• Signs and approves APGR memos to streamline and finalize payment closure activities.
• Provides regular reports to Management on Maintenance, Repair, and Ordering activities.
