Job Description

Our client is a well-established and growing design and planning firm. They are looking for a Site Planner to join their team. There are many partnerships already in place that will provide opportunities for this Site Planner.

Salary/Hourly Rate:


$85k – $90k


Position Overview:


The Site Planner helps establish community visions and works alongside talented individuals to drive these visions through full design, construction, and into reality. They will provide integral support to land acquisition efforts by championing conceptual layouts to staff, internal stakeholders, and by identifying risks/opportunities during due diligence as Site Planner.


Responsibilities of the Site Planner:

  • Utilize experience with AutoCAD to develop commercial or government projects while understanding rules and regulations for the Site Planner.
