Job Description
**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:**
+ Manage, control, and distribute workload among the site team.
+ Collaborate with planning, logistics, and manufacturing teams to resolve supply issues at the assigned site.
+ Monitor supplier performance and work with underperforming suppliers to drive improvement, coordinating with Sourcing Specialists to achieve on-time delivery goals.
+ Act as the escalation point for critical material shortages, ensuring rapid resolution and minimal operational impact.
+ Engage regularly with executive stakeholders to ensure strategic alignment and operational excellence.
+ Control and manage departmental resources assigned by the company.
+ Serve as the primary Point of Contact (POC) to enable effective decision-making, issue resolution, and cross-functional communication.
