Job Description:

This position reports to the Multi-Function Electronic Warfare Director and provides comprehensive administrative support for business unit programs. Responsibilities include calendar management, meeting coordination and scheduling, expense report processing, travel arrangements, catering, special event planning, timecard administration, and preparation of documents, spreadsheets, reports, and presentations. The role also involves creating and maintaining logs, databases, inventories, filing systems (hard copy and electronic), and status reports. Additional duties may include research and data analysis. Due to exposure to confidential management discussions, discretion is essential.
