Salary: $100,000 - $150,000

Role Overview


The Site Development Project Manager is responsible for overseeing all phases of assigned site development and construction projects, from planning and scheduling through on-site execution and closeout. This role ensures projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while maintaining strong client relationships, safety compliance, and quality standards.


Key Responsibilities


Project Leadership & Execution

  • Oversee all phases of site development projects, including planning, scheduling, and coordination of field activities
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget
  • Monitor site progress, anticipate challenges, and develop corrective action plans as needed
  • Client & Stakeholder Communication

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders
  • Provide regular project updates to ensure alignment on expectations, timelines, and progress
  • Budget & Resource Management

  • Develop and manage project budgets and forecasts
  • Coordinate purchase orders, subcontractor agreements, and project resources to optimize efficiency and control costs
  • Safety & Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local safety regulations
  • Promote a proactive safety culture and conduct regular site inspections
  • Quality Assurance

  • Maintain quality control standards in accordance with project requirements and specifications
  • Resolve issues and disputes professionally while minimizing impact to schedule and budget
  • Required Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of construction or site development project management experience
  • Strong ability to manage schedules, budgets, and on-site operations
  • Experience coordinating subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams
  • Knowledge of construction safety standards and regulatory compliance
  • Ability to read and interpret plans, schedules, budgets, and technical documents
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to job sites

  • Proactive problem-solving and risk management skills
  • Strong client and stakeholder relationship management experience
  • Budget forecasting and cost optimization experience
  • Familiarity with project management tools and software
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
