Roles and Responsibilities

Job Purpose:

This role is for site quality inspector - to scout new sites to acquire for charging infrastructure and also inspect the sites proposed by CRE as required for CI team.

Responsibility:

  • Coordination with Internal & External stakeholders
  • Site scouting for charging infra, with direct or indirect support from CRE
  • Site quality inspection before & after on boarding for CI
  • Documentation for Site on boarding & handover process
    • Complexities:
  • Coordination with CRE & external property owner to acquire properties to set up charging infra.
  • All the parameter to be check before shortlisting for further process to maintain the quality of charging infra.
  • Initial level of Negotiation - Must have strong communication skill to maintain connection in the market to build our CI network within our terms.

    • Desired Candidate Profile

    Educational Background:

    Graduation / Master degree will be an advantage

    Relevant Experience:

    3 to 4 years in real estate

    Technical Skills/Knowledge:

    Strong hand in site sourcing for Ev charging business, Negotiations, Computer literate, MS word office – PPTs- Excel, google drive, google mapping.

    Behavioural Skills:

    Communication, Strong work ethics, Highly organised, Good interpersonal skills, Proactive nature.
