• Runbook-Driven Execution: Execute resolution steps strictly as defined in runbooks for incidents, alerts, and service requests. Ensure all actions are documented and traceable.
• Runbook Maintenance & Enhancement: Regularly review, update, and suggest improvements to runbooks to reflect operational learnings and changes.
• Troubleshooting & Problem-Solving: Apply a structured and analytical approach to identify, isolate, and resolve issues.
• Incident & Service Request Handling: Manage incidents and requests efficiently within agreed SLAs, prioritizing resolution using documented workflows.
