Your Team Responsibilities

The successful candidate shall be part of the S&C – SRE Team. Our team provides tier 2/3 support to the S&C apps. This position involves collaboration with the client-facing teams such as Client Services, Product and Research teams, and Infrastructure/Technology and Application Development teams to perform environment and application maintenance and support.

Your Key Responsibilities

Provide Tier 2/3 product technical support.Build software to help operations and support activities.Manage system/software configurations and troubleshoot environment issues.Identify opportunities for optimizing system performance through changes in configuration or suggestions for development.Plan, document, and deploy software applications on our Unix/Linux/Azure and GCP-based systems.Collaborate with development and software testing teams throughout the release process.Analyze release and deployment processes to identify key areas for automati...
