Role Description

This is a full-time,remote/hybrid role for a Site Reliability Engineer. The Site Reliability Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and stability of infrastructure, implementing and maintaining systems while troubleshooting issues, collaborating with software developers to enhance application performance, and conducting ongoing system administration. The role involves optimizing systems to ensure scalability, security, and operational consistency.

Work scope

• Blockchain systems management (subgraphs, substreams, transactions, events, etc)
• Cloud services (AWS compute, storage, database, messaging, publish/subscribe; Azure functions, key vaults) management
• Back end services (running on nodejs and java) monitoring, scaling and troubleshooting
• Third party services (FIX, websocket and REST APIs) monitoring and trouble shooting
• Web and Mobile apps and Blockchain smart contracts - upgrades, monitoring, customer support

Qualifications

• Experience with Site Reliability Engineering and Infrastructure management
• Experience with Blockchain application management
• Proficiency in Troubleshooting and System Administration to ensure reliable system performance
• Knowledge of Software Development practices and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve code deployment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to operational details
• Familiarity with DevOps methodologies and cloud-based architecture is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
