Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive proactive incident prevention through full-stack understanding, baselining, and data-driven analysis.
  • Lead agile product teams during troubleshooting and performance investigations.
  • Act as a technical SME during critical/major incidents across multiple technologies.
  • Conduct SRE maturity assessments and provide improvement recommendations.
  • Improve logging, build automated resolutions, and develop scripts to reduce operational toil.
  • Monitor production environments, track availability, and maintain overall system health.
  • Measure and optimize performance while partnering with internal teams on DevOps/SRE best practices.
