About TeamUSDS Tech and Product at TikTok provides core product platforms and services with leading infrastructure and applications. Our Data Exchange System team provides support to various business-critical applications. You'll be part of a critical SRE team managing these applications, which control data based on compliance and security policies. In this role, you’ll handle complex scaling challenges to ensure the overall uptime, reliability, functionality, and deployments of these applications. In order to enhance collaboration and cross-functional partnerships, among other things, at this time, our organization follows a hybrid work schedule that requires employees to work in the office up to 5 days a week, or as directed by their manager/department.
