Job Description: Must have 4 -10 years of relevant experience.
Good understanding of all/some of the concepts mentioned for lower levels
Basic knowledge of the following primary skills/subjects and must be intermediate in at least two of the following disciplines:
Supporting complex Java applications in production support.
Cloud Concepts, Architecture and Platform as a Service (PaaS) Concepts and experience managing AWS, PCF, Kubernetes containers.
Experience with Kafka
Logging and Monitoring methods, standards and tools like Splunk dashboards, including creating Splunk dashboards
ITIL/ITSM Principles and Practice
Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
Distributed Compute (UNIX & Windows) or Mainframe Operating Systems
Network Concepts (Layer 1 to Layer 3)
Stack Trace Analysis (TCP Dumps, Heap Dumps, CPU/memory analysis, Thread dumps)
Load balancers and application firewalls (WAFs)
