Site Reliability Engineer

Role: Site Reliability Engineer (SRE)

Location: Remote (Mexico)

Key Skills: AWS, Kubernetes

Fulltime Permanent Position with HCLTech

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain highly available, scalable, and secure infrastructure
• Implement monitoring, alerting, and incident response strategies
• Optimize system reliability and performance across cloud and containerized environments
• Collaborate with development teams to improve deployment pipelines and operational efficiency
• Drive automation for infrastructure provisioning and application deployment
• Ensure compliance and security best practices in production environments

Skills Requirement:

• 5+ years of experience as SRE
• AWS & EKS – Required
• Kubernetes & Docker – Required
• CI/CD Tools (e.g., Bamboo, Bitbucket) – Required
• Configuration Management (e.g., Chef) – Required
• Observability Tools (e.g., Datadog, New Relic) – Strong Requirement
• Automation & Scripting (Python, Bash, or similar) – Required
• Security & Compliance Awareness – Preferred
