Site Reliability Engineer

About The Company: Randstad is the 1 HR Services Provider in the world, and we are hiring a Site Reliability Engineering to join our Nearshore Center at Randstad Mexico. Key Responsibilities: Infrastructure Management: Drive infrastructure as code (IaC) initiatives using Terraform. Incident Leadership: Lead P1 and P2 incident response teams to ensure rapid resolution of critical issues. Operational Excellence: Support on-call rotations for operational duties. Automation First: Actively identify manual tasks (toils) that trigger alarms and implement automation to eliminate them. Stakeholder Management: Maintain clear communication with stakeholders regarding system health and technical roadmaps. Requirements: Experience: 3 years in SRE or DevOps roles. Orchestration: Hands-on experience with Kubernetes (K8s) and Amazon EKS . IaC: Advanced proficiency in Terraform . Crisis Management: Proven experience leading high-priority incident teams (P1/P2). Soft Skills: Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a collaborative, cross-functional environment. Language: High proficiency in English (working for US-based stakeholders). Nice to have: Experience in the EdTech industry. Advanced monitoring and observability setup (Prometheus/Grafana/Datadog). Scripting skills (Python or Go) for custom automation tools.
