Site Reliability Engineer

Overview

We are looking for an Sr. Infrastructure Engineer to join our Platform support team to collaborate with a world-class engineering team to ensure the stability of the platform responsible for processing real-time payments (SPEI). This is a senior-level position based in Mexico City working from the Offices most of the time.

Responsibilities

• Support the engineering and data teams in monitoring, reporting, and creating new developments for the scalability and security of our platform.
• Support engineering and data teams in enhancing the scalability, reliability, and security of our platform.
• Support all infra daily activities ( DB, Firewalls, Servers, Storage, Backup, VM, Containers, monitoring tools)
• Design, implement and handle performance monitoring for our systems and applications
• Maintain up-to-date documentation on the design, implementation, and troubleshooting of the system.
