Site Reliability Engineer

Overview

The Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) plays a critical role in ensuring the reliability, availability, and performance of our systems. The SRE will work closely with development teams to optimize and enhance the infrastructure and deployment processes, ultimately driving a culture of reliability within the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in software and system performance analysis, tuning, and demand/capacity planning for business-critical, large-scale, high availability applications.
• Architect solutions to address our scaling needs.
• Troubleshoot production issues across various services and layers of the stack.
• Improve operational processes.
• Build monitoring that alerts on symptoms rather than on outages.
• Evolve our technical architecture, infrastructure, code quality, tools, and culture to continually step up the quality and speed of our engineering systems.
