Site Reliability Engineer

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Supervise Vendor: Work closely with external IT vendor, coordinating and supervising all IT related services and work done by external vendors.
• Monitor and Maintain Systems: Continuously monitor system performance and reliability, responding to incidents and outages as they occur.
• IT Automation: Develop and implement automation tools to streamline operational processes and reduce manual intervention.
• Incident Management: Participate in on-call rotations, troubleshoot complex issues, and conduct post-mortem analyses to prevent future incidents.
• Training: Conduct applications training for internal stakeholders.
• Capacity Planning: Manage system capacity and performance, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently to meet demand.
• Collaboration: Work with software engineers to improve system reliability and performance, contributing to the development of new features and enhancements.

Required Qualifications:

• More than 1 year of work experience or a Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, Information System or equivalent
• Experience in Microsoft 365 platform. Experience in Microsoft Power Platform is an added advantage
• Good verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
• Excellent analytical problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Service oriented and positive working attitude
• Team player, proactive and willing to learn new technologies

Skillset(s) Requirement:

• Must be familiar with Microsoft 365 cloud administration and with some experience in Windows Server Environment.

Additional Requirements:

• One year of relevant experience supporting Windows endpoint PC and some experience in Windows Server environment.
