Job Qualifications

• Technical support and troubleshooting: Work experience as a Site Reliability Engineer
• Work experience with both web and mobile applications
• Good knowledge and understanding of Azure foundation components or Google Cloud Platform
• Familiarity in ServiceNow, Confluent, Akamai or Adobe services
• Observability & monitoring: Work experience with monitoring tools such as Grafana or Appdynamics
• Process improvements: Experience in process improvements or automations
• Experience in any programming languages such as Python/Java
• Demonstrate flexibility in managing changing priorities
• Strong communication skills and a proven track record of successful cross-functional collaboration
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
