**Resposabilities**
- Security on our SBD Hermosillo, Mexico facility.
- C-TPAT Champion for the site (if applicable).
- Manage our proprietary security supervisors.
- Manage our local security force.
- Train security personnel, guide them and motivate them to success.
- Have positive control in all-access points, internal and external, and direct visitors as required.
- Fabricate, issue, and keep a well-established badge issuing program.
- Monitoring CCTV, security, and fire suppression systems.
- Patrolling and securing areas inside and outside the facility.
- Recommend and implement physical security improvements.
- Documenting security-related incidents.
- Follow the correct procedures for the best outcome of the event
- Perform any other related duties as required or assigned.
