Site Service and Installation Fitter

CrewSELECT are seeking a trade-qualified Mechanical Fitter to join an established Perth-based team supporting water infrastructure projects. This is a full-time service and installation role covering both Perth metro and remote WA sites (approx. 50/50 split).

Work involves maintaining, installing, servicing and commissioning mechanical and process equipment within water and wastewater treatment facilities. Occasional workshop prep work in Malaga may be required. Remote work is ad hoc (not rostered) and typically sees you home on weekends.

• Averaging $140k to $180k per annum with uncapped potential:
  • $52–$55/hr + penalties

Experience:

• Water industry is not mandatory if you have a good attitude, willing to learn and have common sense.
• Previous mechanical fitting experience – Competent working with pumps, valves, mixers, and pipework.
• Comfortable working independently on remote sites.

Duties include:

• Service and maintain pumps, valves, mixers, dosing systems
• Install, commission and troubleshoot water treatment systems
• Prep components in workshop when required
• Complete site-based works (metro 9–10 hrs/day, remote 10–12 hrs/day)

• Mechanical trade certificate (essential)
• Manual driver’s license (essential)
• Construction White Card (essential)
