Overview

As a Site Services Engineer, you will work shifts reporting to the Site Services Manager. Your role is to proactively manage Asset Care, ensuring equipment performance is maximised and contributing to the implementation of Autonomous Maintenance across the site. You will operate within Health, Safety & Environmental legislation and site policies, and work closely with Shift Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality and Logistics teams to support the delivery of the Group Asset Care Strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the safe and efficient response to all breakdowns across the shift, using SAP PM and other systems to plan and control maintenance activities.
• Execute planned Asset Care activities and support the development of the site’s Asset Care strategy, targeting 80% of engineering work planned in advance.
