Site services Engineer - Switchgear

Overview

We are looking to recruit an Engineer who has experience of:

• Electrical switchgear
• Control and Automation controls
• 3 phase systems diagnostics and investigation
• Fitting and assembly of electrical components & busbar systems

Responsibilities

• Carry out all testing and inspection of switchgear on site
• Creating test & final inspection reports for manufactured switchgear
• Managing all external site work and testing. This will include:
• Liaising with customers for site investigations, installations, retrofits, servicing etc
• Creating and supplying RAMS to carry out these work
• Attending site to carry out surveys for modification work
• Ordering all BO equipment and tools required to carry out sitework
• Working with engineering to design retrofits and panel extension etc
