Construction Site Superintendent – ICI (Interior Renovations)
Location: Barrie, ON
Salary: $90,000 – $120,000 (based on experience)


About the Role


We are seeking a Construction Site Superintendent to join an established ICI general contractor with a strong pipeline of interior renovation work in the Barrie area. The majority of projects involve renovations within occupied facilities , particularly retirement and senior living environments.


Responsibilities



  • Oversee day-to-day site operations for interior renovation projects

  • Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site staff

  • Maintain project schedules and ensure milestones are met

  • Enforce health & safety standards on site
