Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Greater Edmonton Metropolitan Area for a Multi Family Site Superintendent at ENCORE MASTER BUILDER INC. The Site Superintendent will oversee and manage daily construction site operations, ensuring projects are completed safely, within scope, on schedule, and per quality standards. Responsibilities include coordinating subcontractors and staff, inspecting and maintaining project schedules, addressing safety protocols, resolving on-site challenges, and ensuring compliance with plans, specifications, and building codes. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with project managers, maintaining accurate documentation, and managing project budgets and timelines effectively.
