Location: Toronto, ON

We’re working with a well-established General Contractor to hire a Senior Site Superintendent to lead the ground-up construction of a Long-Term Care facility in Toronto.

This role is suited for a seasoned superintendent who brings deep experience in healthcare/LTC construction, understands regulatory complexity, and runs disciplined, high-performing sites.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead all on-site construction activities from start to completion
  • Oversee schedules, trades, inspections, and site safety
  • Ensure full compliance with LTC, Ministry, and Ontario Building Code requirements
  • Set the standard for quality, accountability, and site leadership

What You Bring

  • 8+ years as a Site or Senior Site Superintendent on ground-up projects
  • Direct experience delivering Long-Term Care or healthcare facilities
