The Role

Own the day-to-day delivery of the project, setting the standard for safety, quality and site presentation

Run site operations from establishment through to practical completion

Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and trades to maintain momentum on site

Manage programme, key milestones and workmanship outcomes

Identify and resolve site issues before they impact programme or quality

Oversee site documentation, inductions and compliance requirements

Ensure high WHS standards

The Criteria

Proven experience as a Site Manager, Foreperson or Supervisor on commercial projects $1m - $10m

Experience on government or Defence projects highly regarded but not essential

Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills

Sound understanding of WHS requirements and site compliance

Trade background or construction qualifications highly regarded
