Job Description
Role involves coordination and supervision of works to ensure compliance with requirements and drawings, addressing technical issues raised by subcontractors, and maintaining site discipline and safety.
Responsibilities
- Coordination and supervision of works and ensuring they are in accordance to requirements and Drawings
- Identify technical issues from subcontractors and provide solutions to the immediate superior
- Prepare and submit daily site reports to the client representative
- Ensure maximization of material usage
- Ensure all plants and machinery are maintained and used with care
- Maintain hygiene within the work site areas
- Promptly report any deviation (nonconformance) from established procedures and safety regulations/practices
- Ensure corrective action is taken on all non-conformances and that records are raised and maintained
- Carry out inspections with the client representative
