Site Supervisor (Architectural & Structural)

Responsibilities

• Supervise architectural and structural works to ensure compliance with drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate daily site activities and monitor work progress.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure quality and workmanship standards are met.
• Liaise with subcontractors, consultants, and internal teams on site matters.
• Ensure site works comply with safety regulations and company procedures.
• Report site progress, issues, and non‑conformities to the project team.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Construction, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years and above experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role.
• Hands‑on experience in QLASSIC assessment and workmanship quality control.
• Strong knowledge of architectural and structural works.
